Scott to take new role with Shell Oil Company
We are pleased to announce that Dr. Scott has assumed additional responsibilities with Shell Oil Company as “Artificial Lift Consultant” for the Americas Region (Brazil, Canada and the U.S.A.). He will work in Shell’s technology organization with duties on gas lift, caisson ESP lift, gas well dewatering and twin-screw pump projects. Dr. Scott will continue to chair Roundtables, teach in our Frac School and remain Chairman of the Board of Petroleum ETC. He assumes his new role on May 19, 2008.

Kemble Bennett has appointed Dr. Stuart Scott, an associate professor in the Harold Vance Department of Petroleum Engineering, holder of the John E. ‘74 and Deborah F. ‘76 Bethancourt Professorship in Petroleum Engineering. read more…
